WHAT IS Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy is used as a tool to bypass conscious thought and reach the subconscious mind. When in this state of relaxation, it allows you to recognize and acknowledge beliefs you carry and make effective changes.

Why Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a changed state of awareness and increased relaxation that allows for improved focus and concentration. With Hypnotherapy you will learn about the conscious and subconscious mind and how it guides your behaviors. This will allow you to discover your true rhythm and achieve the happiness and joy that is available to you.

What should I expect?

During the first session, I will gather information about you, your life and health. We will discuss basic life-style details and whatever else is essential or crucial. Time is spent exploring events, emotions, and beliefs and how they affect your life. You may also have questions or concerns about hypnosis or what it will feels like to be in this natural relaxed state. You will have the opportunity to discuss all your concerns.

How does it work?

I will use several different deep relaxation techniques to guide you to a natural relaxed state of mind. While in hypnosis; positive suggestions, affirmations and visualizations will be used to address previously discussed issues. You are always in control. The goal through these sessions is to emerge productive, healthy thought that will guide behavior and allow you to find your rhythm and joy.
Mitzie feels like a forever friend. She has a way of helping lead you down the right path into figuring out where YOU want to go. She asks tough question that make you think about what it is you truly want.
